What is the delivery time for
the templates?
We're fast! We get your CD out in the mail to you within
24 hours after you've placed your order (we're located in Southern
California). Our FREE shipping service is included
for all orders for both U.S. and International destinations. All
U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail for a 2-3 day delivery
within the Continental U.S. and International orders are shipped
either by Global Priority Mail where available or Air Mail for a
4-7 day delivery to most international destinations including Canada.
Note: Delivery time is affected by how close you live to
a major airport.
Do you offer electronic download
of the templates?
Yes, but by special request only. If you have an urgent
need to receive the template files right away, we can arrange to
set up a temporary account for you to download a zip file of the
templates and graphics.
What credit cards do you accept
for payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How many pages are included
in each web design?
There are 25 different web site designs on each CD
-- all have 5 or more interactive pages that I have included simply
as a guideline. You can of course add as many pages as you need.
Can I view a sample template?
Sure! To view a working sample
of a template design and the editing instructions that are included

Is there a limit on how many
web sites I can create using the Templates2go?
No, you can use the Templates2go to create an unlimited
amount of individual web sites for yourself and your clients, completely
royalty free!
What versions of Dreamweaver
and Fireworks do the Templates2go support?
The templates were designed to work with Dreamweaver 4, Dreamweaver
MX and MX 2004 and the new Dreamweaver 8 and Fireworks 4, Fireworks
MX and MX 2004 and the new Fireworks 8.
Are the Templates2go Macintosh compatible?
Yes they are compatible with Macs and with the Mac versions of
Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
Can the Templates2go be used with other
web design programs?
Sure! Although the Templates2go were designed to work best using
Dreamweaver, you can edit the .htm template files included on
the CD using other web design software if you like. You just need
to be aware that some of the Java script behaviors that are built
into Dreamweaver will have to be edited manually in other web
design programs if you want to change them.
Are some of the templates e-commerce
ready?
I've added some order and comment forms in many of the templates.
They are ready to go once you've added the customized information
required by your hosting service to use them with your website.
If you are looking for an easy to use shopping cart program,
I highly recommend that you check out Mal's e-commerce, which
offers a free shopping cart service that requires no cgi hosting
or programming on your part. You just set up the links to your
products/services and it does the rest. They also provide automatic
processing as well with most of the well-known services if you

You also might want to check out the Clickbank
Service which allows you to take credit card orders
through their order forms for a small percentage fee of each transaction.
Can you recommend a reliable web hosting
service for my web site?
Yes, I highly recommend Siteworks.com
which I use to host most of my sites. Their prices and services
are excellent and their technical support and customer service
is top notch. They also offer a reseller program for designers
who want to offer hosting to their clients. Check them out. You
won't be disappointed.
Do you have any tips for designing effective
websites and how to promote them?

are serious about successfully creating and selling products on
the Internet. I've been a subscriber for many years and consider
